How can I search for parts on your website?
If you know the part number, simply use the search bar at the top of the page.
If you are unsure of the part number or cannot find the part you're after, we advise that you get in touch either by calling 0208 478 2404 or by emailing sales@gmsspares.com so that we can help you identify the part you need.
How do I place an order online?
To place an order, find the products you need and add them to your basket. You can view your basket by clicking on "My Basket". When you're ready to complete your order, proceed to checkout. You can sign in if you have an account or continue as a guest. Enter your delivery details and preferred shipping option, and then submit your payment information to complete your order.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email acknowledgement once you have placed your order. We will then review and process the order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
This will depend on the availability of the product and on your preferred choice of delivery when completing the order process. For more information, please click here.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! We'll provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help.
What should I do if my order is incorrect?
If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible. You would need to send the part back to us in its original unopened packaging. Once we have received the part, we will dispatch the correct order as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items to us in their original unopened packaging.

How do I register for an account?
You can register an account with us by selecting "Register" when you click on "My User" at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can click on "Register" found at the bottom of the page under "My Account". If you wish to register as a trade account customer, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturdays we open from 8am to 5pm and closed on Sunday.
