Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, We will update you via email or telephone.
In-store collection:
You can skip the delivery fees and waiting times by collecting your order from us directly.
After placing your order using our click and collect service, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a few hours depending on stock availability.
We will contact you when your order is ready. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Damages
GMS (Ilford) Ltd are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us by filling out the form on our Contact Us page as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on an individual basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
